Clearance Letter Request

What is a Clearance Letter?
A Clearance Letter is a document issued by the UC Irvine Police Department Records Unit following a search of local UCIPD records. The letter verifies whether a summary criminal history record exists within UCIPD records.
Clearance Letters reflect only UCIPD records and do not include criminal history information from other law enforcement agencies.
Types of Clearance Letters
